Classic beef basics are easy to prepare. First, rinse the meat well under running water, dry it on a paper towel and cut into strips.

Peel the onions and, together with pickled cucumbers, also cut into strips.

Transfer the tomato paste into a small container, add wheat flour to it and mix thoroughly. Then pour in 100 ml of water at room temperature and mix again.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the beef in it.

Next, add chopped onions, cover the pan with a lid and simmer everything for 20-25 minutes.

Beef is fried in a frying pan with onions and pickles. Next, add a little water and simmer until the meat is cooked. The potatoes are fried separately, which are then added to the beef, everything is mixed and stewed until cooked.

- Bay leaf – 1 pc.
- Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp. l.
- Salt - to taste.
- Ground black pepper - to taste.
Cooking process:
Step 1. Wash the beef thoroughly under running water, dry it on a paper towel and cut into strips. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the meat in it.
Step 2. Cut the onion into half rings, add it to the beef and fry until soft.
Step 3.Next, add tomato paste and mix everything well.
Step 4. Grate the pickles on a coarse grater, add them to the beef with onions and mix again.
Step 5. Now add a little water, cover the pan with a lid and simmer until the meat is cooked. If necessary, add more water.

- Beef – 500 gr.
- Pickled cucumbers – 100 gr.
- Onions – 1 pc.
- Tomato paste – 1 tbsp. l.

- Ground paprika – 1 tsp.
- Salt – 0.5 tsp.
- Garlic – 2 cloves.
- Drinking water – 1 tbsp.
- Greens – 1 bunch.
- Spices - to taste.
Cooking process:
Step 1. Wash the beef thoroughly under running water, dry it on a paper towel and cut into medium-sized pieces.
Step 2.Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the beef on all sides until golden brown. Next, pour in a small amount of water and simmer until soft for 30 to 60 minutes.
Step 3. In a separate frying pan, fry finely chopped cucumbers, peeled, washed with water and chopped onions and garlic. Then add ground paprika and salt to them and mix. Next, pour in water mixed with tomato paste, mix again and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 4. Peel the potatoes, rinse under running water and cut into strips. Next, place it on a baking sheet lined with foil, sprinkle with vegetable oil, sprinkle with spices and salt and bake in the oven until cooked at 200OWITH.

Step 1.First, rinse the beef well under running water, dry it on a paper towel and cut into thin strips. Next, sprinkle the meat with salt, ground black pepper, paprika, seasoning, mix and put in the refrigerator to marinate for 20-40 minutes.Step 2. Peel the onions, cut into small cubes and fry in vegetable oil until transparent.
Step 3. Next, add the marinated meat to the frying pan, mix and simmer for 20 minutes.

- Wheat flour – 2 tbsp. l.
- Water – 200 ml.
- Fresh parsley - 1 bunch.
- Rosemary – 2 sprigs.
- Salt - to taste.
- Ground black pepper - to taste.
- Vegetable oil - to taste.
Cooking process:
Step 1. Peel the onions, cut into thin half rings and fry in vegetable oil for one minute.
Step 2. Rinse the beef well under running water, dry it on a paper towel, cut into small cubes and roll in flour. Next, place the meat in the frying pan with the onions, add the bay leaf and fry everything for a couple of minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 3. Now add tomato paste, pickled cucumbers cut into strips, two chopped garlic cloves, salt, ground black pepper and fill everything with water. Then stir, bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.
Step 4. A couple of minutes before readiness, add chopped parsley, a clove of garlic and mix again.
Step 5. Now boil the rice. We rinse it well and fill it with water in a 1:1 ratio. Place the pan on the fire, bring to a boil and cook under the lid over low heat for 10 minutes.
Step 6. Heat 50 ml of oil in a separate frying pan and add the rosemary sprigs along with a crushed garlic clove. When the rosemary begins to sizzle, remove everything from the heat, take it out of the pan and pour the aromatic oil into the rice.
