- Bulb onions 70 (grams)
- Sour cream 20% 80 (milliliters)
- Tomato paste 1 (teaspoons)
- Water 100 (milliliters)
- Flour 1 (teaspoons)
- Sunflower oil 2 (tablespoons)

Classic chicken beef stroganoff is very easy to prepare. Rinse the chicken meat under running water and dry it with paper towels, remove the skins from the onions layer by layer.

Cut the onion into thin half rings.

Fry the onion half rings in vegetable oil for two minutes, add the thigh fillet and fry for about another 4-5 minutes.

Step 1. Cut the washed and dried poultry into strips.
Step 2. In a bowl, mix sour cream, tomato paste, mustard and flour.
Step 3. Pour hot water over the ingredients and mix vigorously until smooth.
Step 4. In heated vegetable oil, lightly brown the chicken and add the onion, cut into half rings.
Step 5. After 3-4 minutes, pour the sauce into the frying pan with the chicken meat, mix and season with spices and ground pepper.

- Ground smoked paprika – ½ tsp.
- French mustard – 1 tsp.

Cooking process:
Step 1. Cut the peeled onion into thin half rings and sauté in vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes.
Step 2. Then add random slices of mushrooms to the frying pan, stir and fry for a couple more minutes.
Step 3. Rinse the chicken fillet, blot it with napkins and cut it into bars.
Step 4. Add the fillet to fry, cook over moderate heat for 4-5 minutes.
