For the biscuit:
- Chicken eggs – 1 pc.
- Bananas – 1 pc.
- Rice flour – 2 tbsp.
- Baking powder – ½ tsp.
- Cocoa powder – 2 tbsp.
- Sweetener/granulated sugar - to taste.
For cream:
- Soft cottage cheese – 180 gr.
- Natural yogurt – 1 tbsp.
- Sweetener/granulated sugar - to taste.
- Nuts - for decoration.
Cooking process:
Step 1. Remove category C0-C1 eggs from the refrigerator, rinse under water and dry with a kitchen towel. Tap on a flat surface. Pour the contents into a bowl. Add peeled banana, sweetener or sugar to taste, baking powder and rice flour.
Step 2. Blend with an immersion blender until smooth.
Step 3. Sift high-quality cocoa powder there. Mix the ingredients with vigorous movements of the spatula.
Step 4: Pour the dough into a microwave-safe container. Bake at maximum power for 5-7 minutes.

Step 2. Add wheat flour and baking powder, previously sifted through a sieve. Add the dry mixture in parts to the egg mixture. Stir with a spatula. Combine the butter and milk and melt on the stove or pulse in the microwave. Pour into the dough and mix with gentle movements.
Step 3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.Pour in vanilla batter. Level with a silicone spatula. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the hot sponge cake from the baking sheet and cool.
Step 4. Cut out the cake layers from the cooled biscuit using a die cutter or other device.
Step 5. Prepare the cherry layer. In a heavy saucepan, combine pitted cherries, granulated sugar and cornstarch. Cook until thickened and remove from heat.
Step 6. Make cream. Place the cold cream cheese in a container. Pour in the cooled cream. Add powdered sugar. Using a hand mixer, combine ingredients. Place the thick cream into a pastry bag.
Step 7. Soak the cake with syrup made from water and sugar.
Step 8. Layer with cream cheese. Place cherries in the middle. Strengthen the sides with cream cheese.
Step 9. Lay out the sponge cake. Soak in syrup and spread cream. Spread the top and sides of the cake with cream cheese. Decorate as desired using leftover colored cream. For this I use gel food coloring.

Step 4. Beat until fluffy. It will take 10 minutes.
Step 5. Pour in granulated sugar. Using a stand mixer, beat vigorously until fluffy and fluffy.

Red Velvet Bento Cake is the perfect gift for anyone with a sweet tooth. Previously, I always puzzled over what to give a loved one for a holiday. Now this is my signature gift. If it's March 8th or New Year, I prepare large quantities of biscuits in advance. And I decorate each cake in my own way to make the gift unique.

For the biscuit:
- Chicken eggs – 2 pcs.
- Gel dye – 1.5 tsp.
- Vegetable oil – 200 ml.
- Granulated sugar – 200 gr.

- Baking soda – 3 gr.
- Baking powder – 8 gr.
- Salt – a pinch.
- Kefir – 185 gr.
For jam:
- Granulated sugar – 60 gr.
- Corn starch – ½ tsp.
- Cherry – 200 gr.
- Water – 100 ml.
For cream:
- Curd cheese – 400 gr.
- Cream 33% – 100 ml.
- Powdered sugar – 100 gr.
Cooking process:
Step 1. Take eggs of category C0-C1 from the refrigerator, wash and dry. Tap onto surface and pour into container. Measure out the remaining components.
Step 2. Pour baking soda into a bowl with kefir and shake. Pour granulated sugar into the sifted flour.
Step 3. Add high-quality cocoa powder and baking powder here.
Step 4. Combine the dry ingredients using a spoon stirring motion.
Step 5. Pour the kefir into a larger container.
Step 6. Pour in refined oil.
Step 7. Pour in the chicken eggs.
Step 8: Add red gel coloring.
Step 9. Beat until smooth with an electric appliance.
Step 10. Add dry ingredients in portions.
Step 11. Mix with a whisk.
Step 12Cover the bottom of the split rings thoroughly with foil. Place on a baking sheet.
Step 13: Fill the molds with the colorful batter. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place a baking sheet and cook for about 40 minutes. Pierce with a skewer, if it is dry, the biscuits are ready.
Step 14. Prepare the cherry layer.
Step 15. In a heavy saucepan, combine pitted cherries and granulated sugar. Boil it.
Step 16. Dissolve cornstarch in water.
Step 17. Pour into the saucepan. Cook until thickened, stirring with a spatula.
Step 18. Transfer to a container and cover with film in contact. Wait until it cools down.
Step 19. Remove the finished biscuits from the rings, wrap with cling film, and leave until they have cooled completely.
Step 20. Make cream. Place the cold cream cheese in a container. Pour in cold cream. Add powdered sugar.
Step 21: Using a hand mixer, combine the ingredients. Place the thick cream into a pastry bag.
Step 22. Cut the cooled sponge cake into cake layers. Chop the top part and leave for sprinkling. Collect dessert. Soak the cake with cream cheese.
Step 23. Form the sides from the cream.
Step 24 Place the cherry layer in the center.
Step 25. Lay out the sponge cake.
Step 26. Spread the top and sides of the cake with cream cheese.
Step 27. Decorate with biscuit crumbs and remaining cream.

Bento cake with salted caramel is ideal for an original gift. You can make your own salted caramel or buy it ready-made. When I have free time, I make caramel myself. Otherwise, I use a store-bought one.

Combine butter and milk. Warm up at minimum temperature and pour into the dough. Knead until you achieve a velvety substance.
Step 2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lay out the dough. Level with a silicone spatula. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place a baking sheet and cook for 15-20 minutes. Remove the hot biscuit from the baking sheet and cool. Cut out the cake layers from the cooled biscuit using a die cutter.
Step 3. Place the cold curd cheese into a container.
Step 4. Add softened butter and powdered sugar. Using a hand mixer or immersion blender, combine the ingredients. The cream will be thick.
Step 5. Layer the cake with cream, spread salted caramel on top, sprinkle with peanuts.
Step 6. Lay out the sponge cake. Distribute cream, caramel and peanuts.
Step 7. Place the last layer of cake. Soak the top and sides of the cake with buttercream. To stabilize the product, refrigerate for about 30-60 minutes. Decorate as desired using leftover colored cream. For this I use gel food coloring.

Step 6. Pour liquid ingredients into dry ingredients.Mix with vigorous movements of the whisk until you achieve a velvety substance.
Step 7. Tightly wrap the bottom of the split ring with foil. Fill the mold with chocolate dough. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cook for about 40 minutes. Pierce with a skewer; if it is dry, the biscuit is ready.
Step 8. Remove the finished sponge cake from the ring, wrap it with cling film, and leave until it has cooled completely.
Step 9. Prepare the orange curd. Mix the egg, orange juice and zest, butter and granulated sugar.
Step 10. Pour into a heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Strain through a fine sieve and cover with cling film. Wait until it cools down.
Step 11: Make cream. Place the cold curd cheese into a container. Pour in cold cream. Add powdered sugar.
Step 12: Using a hand mixer, combine the ingredients.
Step 13. Cool the thick cream. Place in a piping bag.
Step 14. Cut the cooled sponge cake into cake layers. Collect dessert. Soak the cake with cream cheese. Place the cake and cream again. Form the sides from the cream. Place orange curd in the center.
Step 15. Lay out the sponge cake.

Cooking process:
Step 1: Use a fine sieve and sift the wheat flour and cinnamon into a bowl. Stir.
Step 2. Take eggs of category C0-C1 from the refrigerator, wash and dry. Beat and pour into a heavy saucepan. Add granulated sugar, honey, butter and orange zest.
Step 3. Place on the stove and bring to a liquid state on low heat.
Step 4. Remove the saucepan from the stove, add baking soda, and quickly stir with a whisk. The mass will increase, as needed.
Step 5. Add dry ingredients. Stir in dry ingredients with a silicone spatula.
Step 6. Then knead with your hands.
Step 7. Wrap the dough in cling film and refrigerate for at least half an hour.
Step 8. Dust the parchment with flour. Take out the dough. And start rolling out with a rolling pin.
Step 9. You will get a thin layer.
Step 10. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Cut out cakes from honey dough using a die cutter or other device.
Step 11. I have two types of cakes.
Step 12. Place the parchment with the cakes on a baking sheet.
Step 13. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 5-7 minutes. Remove the cakes from the baking sheet and cool.
Step 14. Prepare the cream. Place cold sour cream into a container. Pour in the cooled cream. Add powdered sugar. Using a hand mixer, combine ingredients. Beat for 10 minutes.
Step 15. The cream will be thick.
Step 16. Layer the cake with butter cream.Repeat layers 2-3 times depending on the desired height of the cake. Coat the top and sides of the cake with cream. Sprinkle with crumbs from the remaining cakes, having previously crushed them in a coffee grinder.

Step 1. Take an egg of category C0-C1 from the refrigerator, wash and dry. Break it up and pour it into a cup. Pour in refined oil. Beat until fluffy. Pour in granulated sugar. Using a stand mixer, beat vigorously until fluffy and fluffy.
