If you don’t have time, leave it until the pancake pan is hot. Before baking each pancake, stir the dough, as the flour settles to the bottom.
Step 8. Heat the frying pan over high heat and grease the surface with vegetable oil before baking the first pancake. When using a non-stick frying pan, it is not necessary to grease it with oil. Using a ladle, distribute the dough. Rotate the pan to form a pancake. Place on the stove and reduce the flame. Fry over moderate heat on both sides.
