Step 4. Rinse 120 grams of rice in cold water several times until the water runs clear.
Step 5. Remove the husk from the onion and chop it in a convenient way. Heat the frying pan. Pour in odorless oil. Fold in the chopped onion. Sauté until soft.
Step 6. Next, add the chopped bell peppers. I use frozen. This will not affect the taste of the dish in any way.
Step 7. Sauté for 5 minutes.
Step 8. Rinse the tomatoes, peel them and grind in a meat grinder.
Step 9. Add the tomato mixture to the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer while you form hedgehogs.

Step 7. Rinse and dry the parsley. Chop with a knife.
Step 8. Add the soaked loaf crumb, chopped onion, parsley and carrots to the minced meat.
Step 9. Break 2 eggs, season with salt and ground pepper.

Step 11. Cool the boiled chicken eggs and peel them. Cover a baking tray with baking foil. Spread the minced meat in an even layer. Place peeled chicken eggs in the center.
