Step 2. Place the minced meat in a bowl. Chop the onion and garlic or grind it in another way, after removing the top layer. And send it to the meat. Add chickpea or any other flour.
Step 3. Season with salt and pepper. If necessary, adjust the taste with your favorite seasonings. I use turmeric and paprika. You take your favorite spices and spices.If the semi-finished product is dense enough, you should not add flour, but rather pour in a little water for juiciness. Beat the meat well.
Step 4. While the workpiece is soaking in aromas, for the sauce, combine tomato paste (ketchup, sauce or tomatoes in their own juice) with cream, flour and spices. Stir vigorously. To ensure that there are no lumps left, slowly add water and stir.
Step 5. Fill each pasta with a juicy, fragrant filling, forming cones and pressing them into the hole.
Step 6. Place the nests in a frying pan and pour the prepared sauce over them.

Step 3. Remove wilted and spoiled leaves from the cabbage. Boil whole leaves until half cooked in boiling water. Don't forget to salt the boiling water.

Step 2. Cut the pita bread into equal parts. I got 4 sheets. Place the sheet in a fireproof container.
Step 3. Spread the meat filling on top.
Step 4. Again a sheet of pita bread.
Step 5. Stuffing again. Use pita bread and meat filling in this way, alternating them with each other. My top layer turned out to be meat. Pour cream on top. This will give juiciness to the finished dish and prevent the lavash from drying out.
