  • Onion – 1 pc.
  • Carrot – 1 pc.

  • Ground black pepper - to taste.

Step 1. Fill the washed beans with water and leave for 6 hours (change the water every few hours). Then boil until soft.

Step 2. Cut the mushrooms into thin slices and fry in sunflower oil until golden.

Step 3. In another heat-resistant bowl, fry the chopped onion and carrots for about 5 minutes, add pieces of garlic.

Step 4. Add beans and mushrooms to the vegetable frying, pour half a glass of legume broth over the ingredients and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes. A couple of minutes before removing from the burner, add salt and pepper.

Step 5. Place the beans with vegetables and champignons in a blender bowl, add chopped herbs and blend until smooth. Cool the pate and store it in the refrigerator.

  • Beans – 1 tbsp.
  • Water – 2 l.
  • Carrot – 1 pc.
  • Tomatoes – 1 pc.
  • Onion – 1 pc.
  • Seasonings – 1 tsp.
  • Sunflower oil – 1-2 tbsp.
  • Dried parsley – 1 tsp.
  • Salt - to taste.
  • Ground black pepper - to taste.

Cooking process:

Step 1. Soak a glass of beans in cold water overnight, then rinse and cook until soft.

  • Olive oil - to taste.
  • Salt - to taste.
  • Ground black pepper - to taste.

  • Crackers – 10 pcs.
  • Chopped greens – 1 tbsp.

Step 1. Soak the beans in plenty of water for 8 hours, and in the morning boil until tender with the addition of bay leaf and rosemary.

Step 3. Place the aromatic vegetables over the prepared beans and boil for another 10-15 minutes, season with ground pepper and salt.

Step 1. Wash the meat, add water and cook until tender, remembering to remove the foam. Strain the finished broth and at the same time boil the potato cube in another pan until half cooked, add the broth and add some salt, continue cooking.

Step 3. Add shredded cabbage and carrots to the potatoes.

Step 4. After 5 minutes, add grated beets and onion cubes, season with bay leaves.

Step 6. Immediately add beans, garlic, passed through a press and chopped parsley to the dish - boil and remove from the burner. Leave covered for at least 20 minutes.
