- Flour – 1.5 tbsp.

Cooking process:
Step 1. Before starting cooking, wash the main component and remove the husk from the onion.
Step 2. To speed up the process, we recommend soaking the peas in water for at least 4 hours. Afterwards, we rinse it properly.
Step 3. Pour the legumes into a ladle and fill with water (the liquid should be twice the volume of the ingredient). Bring to a boil, add salt and simmer until the liquid has completely evaporated and been absorbed.
Step 4. Next, beat the mixture using an immersion blender and leave at room temperature until it cools.
Step 5. At the same time, finely chop the onion and fry until golden in heated vegetable oil.

- Greens – 1 bunch.
- Salt - to taste.
Cooking process:
Step 1. Peel the potatoes, onions, garlic cloves and carrots and rinse under running water. We divide the cauliflower into small inflorescences.
Step 2. Pour sliced potatoes and carrots into the pan, add washed peas and salt there - pour the ingredients with water so that the liquid covers the ingredients by 2-3 centimeters.
Step 3. Cook the broth over heat, slightly less than medium, being sure to remove any foam that forms with a slotted spoon. At the same time, boil the cauliflower for 3-4 minutes in a separate ladle.
Step 4. At the moment when the components of the pan have become soft, add chopped tomato, onion, herbs and garlic - boil for 10 minutes.

- Salt - to taste.
- Ground black pepper - to taste.
Cooking process:
Step 1. Wash the peas and fill them with water for 12 hours, changing the water periodically. Then boil the ingredient until soft (about 60-90 minutes), cook over low heat without adding salt.
Step 2. At this time, fry some of the sesame seeds in a dry frying pan.
Step 3. Beat the remaining seeds in a blender, adding olive oil (2 tablespoons), lemon juice (1-2 tablespoons) and ice water.
Step 4. The finished paste has a smooth and uniform texture.

Step 1. Before starting the process, we sort and wash the peas.Layer by layer, remove the peel from the onion.
Step 2. Pour the peas into a deep plate and fill with water, leave for 6 hours. Next, rinse thoroughly again under running water.
Step 3. Pour a glass of cooled boiled water into another bowl, add yeast, stir and leave for 10 minutes. Stir the mixture.
Step 4. Add granulated sugar and a little salt - stir and add flour and 50 ml of vegetable oil. Mix the ingredients into a dough and form into a ball, cover with a towel and leave to rise in a warm place for 60 minutes.
