How to cook a delicious beef dish? We wash and dry the meat in any convenient way, chop it coarsely and place it in a cauldron with hot vegetable oil. Fry under the lid on medium heat for about half an hour, all the moisture should evaporate.

Step 3. Then we lay the plates on top of each other and cut them into bars.
Step 4. Sprinkle the meat with flour and black pepper, mix well.
