Step 3. After half an hour, remove the dough from the refrigerator and roll it into a thin layer. Cut the dough into diamonds of approximately the same size.
Step 4. Peel the remaining onions and cut into half rings. Small heads can be cut into rings. Salt the onion and season to taste, pour in hot meat broth, leave covered for 10 minutes.
