Step 1. Pour the washed rice into boiling water and cook for 10 minutes. Then turn off the heat, close the lid tightly and cover the dish so that the cereal is ready. Place the crumbly rice on a plate and let it cool a little.
Step 2. For dressing, combine vinegar, salt and granulated sugar and heat until all crystals are completely dissolved.
Step 3. Pour the solution into the rice and mix well to distribute evenly.
