Shrimp pasta in garlic cream sauce
The pasta and shrimp combination is a classic, and topping it with garlic butter sauce makes for a quick and easy dinner or treat for friends. The pasta is chosen in the Italian style; in this recipe we use farfalle (bows), the shape of which holds the sauce well. We will complement the taste of the creamy sauce with cheese and seasonings.
- Farfalle 450 (grams)
- Boiled peeled shrimp 500 gr. (boiled)
- Cream 200 ml. (20%
- Parmesan cheese (or other hard cheese) 100 (grams)
- Cow's milk 150 (milliliters)
- Processed cheese ½ packs
- Olive oil 2 (tablespoons)
- Garlic 1 clove
- Butter 25 (grams)
- Nutmeg ¼ (teaspoons)
- Parsley ½ beam
- Salt taste
- Ground black pepper taste
- Dried dill taste

Boil pasta according to package instructions. Heat two tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan, add shrimp and salt them a little.

While stirring with a spatula, fry the shrimp for 2 minutes.

Pour cream, preferably heavy cream, over the fried shrimp.

Then pour milk into the shrimp and add a pinch of dry dill, black pepper and nutmeg. Mix these ingredients. Place a piece of butter and chopped melted cheese into the boiling sauce. Stir the sauce again to melt the cheese.

Then add grated hard cheese, finely chopped parsley and chopped garlic to the sauce. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer the sauce over low heat for 5-6 minutes.

- Shrimp – 400 gr.
- Green salad – 300 gr.
- Parmesan cheese – 50 gr.
- White bread – 200 gr.
- Garlic – 2 cloves.
- Egg – 2 pcs.
- Cherry – 4 pcs.
- Bay leaf – 1-2 pcs.
For refueling:
- Mustard – 1 tsp.
- Olive oil – 120 ml.
- Table vinegar – 1 tsp.
- Lemon juice – 3 tbsp.
- Sugar – 1 tsp.
- Salt - to taste.
- Ground black pepper - to taste.
Cooking process:
Step 1. Remove the crust from the white bread and cut the crumb into small, identical cubes 1 cm in size.
Step 2. Peel the garlic and finely chop it. Heat olive oil in a frying pan, place sliced bread with garlic on it and fry until golden brown on all sides. Dry the fried bread in a preheated oven for 10 minutes.
Step 3. Boil frozen shrimp for 3 minutes, adding bay leaf to the water. Then transfer them to a plate with a slotted spoon, cool and clean thoroughly.
Step 4. Wash and dry the cherry tomatoes. Cut them in half or quarters.
Step 5. To prepare the dressing, keep chicken eggs in boiling water for 1 minute, separate the yolks into a separate bowl, add the dressing ingredients indicated in the recipe and 70 ml of olive oil. Using an immersion blender, beat them into a homogeneous mass.
Step 6. To assemble the salad, place washed and separated green lettuce leaves on a salad bowl. On top of them evenly place croutons, sliced cherry tomatoes, boiled shrimp and pour the sauce over everything. Sprinkle the salad with parmesan shavings. In this recipe, we boil the shrimp before frying, use rice flour and egg for the batter, and add garlic to the flavor.

- Rice flour – 5 tbsp.
- Egg – 1 pc.

Step 1. Boil raw shrimp in water with salt for a few minutes.
Step 2. Peel the garlic cloves and finely chop.

Step 1. Rinse the arugula and blot off excess liquid with a napkin.
Step 2: For the salad dressing, squeeze the lime juice.Gently grate the lime zest into a bowl, pour olive oil with lime juice, soy sauce, add honey and whisk these ingredients until smooth.
Step 3. Remove the peel and pit from the avocado and cut the pulp into small pieces of any shape.
Step 4. Cut a piece of Parmesan into thin slices.
Step 5. Clean the shrimp by removing the heads and shells. Then fry them in a little olive oil for 3 minutes on each side.

Step 1. First of all, prepare all the ingredients for the salad according to the recipe and the number of servings you need. Rinse the arugula with cold water.
Step 2. Defrost the shrimp in advance in the refrigerator and peel it, because the recipe indicates the number of peeled shrimp. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon and divide into two parts. Peel the garlic and finely chop it with a knife.
Step 3.Heat 20 ml olive oil in a frying pan. Fry the garlic quickly and over medium heat, add some lemon juice, add the shrimp and, while stirring, fry them for 1 minute. Then transfer the shrimp with juice to a plate to cool slightly.
Step 4. To make the dressing, use a blender to combine the olive oil with the remaining lemon juice and finely chopped fresh basil leaves.
Step 5. Place arugula on a serving salad bowl. Place cherry tomatoes cut into halves on top of it.
Step 6. Place the fried shrimp evenly on top of the cherry tomatoes and pour the juice and garlic over it.
Step 7. Lastly, pour the dressing over the salad. Serve the prepared salad with shrimp, tomatoes and arugula to the table immediately, otherwise the tomatoes will give juice and the arugula will lose its crispy taste. Bon appetit!

- Sweet pepper – 1 pc.

Cooking process:
Step 1. Place frozen small shrimp in a separate bowl and cover completely with boiling water for 5 minutes. Then cool them and peel them.
Step 2: Peel and rinse the vegetables. Cut the onion into thin half rings, and cut the carrots and sweet pepper into strips.
Step 3.In another bowl, according to the instructions on the package, pour hot water over the funchose and wait until it becomes transparent. Drain the water.
Step 4. Heat olive oil in a deep frying pan. Fry the chopped vegetables on it while stirring for 3 minutes.
Step 5. Add peeled shrimp to the fried vegetables, pour in Teriyaki sauce, add a little salt and simmer everything for a couple of minutes.
Step 6. Lastly, transfer the prepared funchose into the frying pan, mix everything carefully, turn off the heat, and give the dish a couple of minutes to steep. Place the prepared funchose with shrimp and vegetables on plates and serve hot. Bon appetit!
Rice with shrimps Thai style
Thai shrimp rice with its new combination of products and unusual taste will add variety to your home menu. For the dish, take long-grain rice, frozen small shrimp, add vegetables with soy sauce and, of course, a chicken egg. It is better to cook in a wok, but you can also use a regular frying pan.

- Long grain rice – 1 tbsp.
- Garlic – 2 cloves.
- Sweet pepper – 1 pc.

- Soy sauce – 5 tbsp.
- Vegetable oil - for frying.
- Salt - to taste.
- Ground black pepper - to taste.
Cooking process:
Step 1. Immediately prepare, according to the recipe, all the ingredients for the dish.
Step 2. Rinse the rice well, pour into a saucepan, add water in a ratio of 1:2, add a little salt and boil until tender over low heat and covered.
Step 3. Peel and rinse the carrots and bell peppers. Cut the vegetables into small pieces of any shape.
Step 4. Peel the garlic and finely chop the hot pepper. Heat a couple of tablespoons of oil in a frying pan, add the pepper and garlic cloves through the garlic.
Step 5. Then put the chopped vegetables into the frying pan and fry them while stirring over high heat for 3 minutes.
Step 6. Add cooked rice to vegetables and stir.
Step 7. Thaw and clean the shrimp in advance, but do not need to boil. Place the prepared shrimp in a frying pan with the rest of the ingredients.

Step 1. First of all, prepare all the ingredients according to the recipe. Peel the garlic and rinse the herbs.Thaw the shrimp in advance in natural conditions.
Step 2. Fry peeled shrimp in heated vegetable oil for 3-4 minutes and add a clove of garlic to them for flavor.
Step 3. Transfer the shrimp from the pan onto paper napkins to remove excess oil and cool.
Step 4. In the bowl of a blender, beat the cream cheese with sour cream and a clove of garlic into a homogeneous mass. Add a pinch of salt to it.
Step 5. Finely chop the green onions.

Tom Yum soup with shrimp
Tom Yum soup with shrimp (Tom Yang Kung), as a type of hot and sour soup of Asian cuisine, is prepared with broth and non-traditional products for us. In this recipe we replace some of the ingredients with those adapted to our reality, but the dish turns out tasty and is easy to prepare.

Ingredients:
- Tiger shrimps – 400 gr.
- Champignons – 200 gr.
- Fish broth – 800 ml.
- Cherry tomatoes – 240 gr.
- Rice – 100 gr.
- Coconut milk – 400 ml.
- Tom yam paste – 1 tbsp.
- Soy sauce – 2 tbsp.
- Ginger root – 10 gr.
- Chili pepper – 1 pc.
- Kaffir lime leaves – 4 pcs.
- Lime – 1 pc.
- Parsley – 1 bunch.
- Vegetable oil - to taste.
- Salt - to taste.
- Ground black pepper - to taste.
Cooking process:
Step 1. First of all, you need to prepare, according to the recipe, all the ingredients for the soup. Thaw and peel the shrimp. Rinse champignons with cherry tomatoes and lime.
Step 2.Cut the champignons into small pieces.
Step 3. Cut the cherry tomatoes into halves.
Step 4. Wash the parsley and chop into large pieces.
Step 5. Cut the ginger root and hot pepper into thin slices.
Step 6. For the soup, take a saucepan with a thick bottom, heat a little vegetable oil in it and fry the chopped ginger and hot pepper for 1-2 minutes.
Step 7. Pour fish broth into them, add lime leaves and bring to a boil.
Step 8. Pour soy sauce into the boiling broth, add Tom Yum paste and mix everything.
Step 9. Then add the chopped champignons and washed rice into the broth. Cook the tom yum soup, stirring occasionally and over low heat for 10 minutes.
Step 10. After 10 minutes of cooking, add the prepared shrimp with cherry tomatoes to the soup and cook the tom yam for another 5 minutes.
Step 11. Lastly, pour lime juice and coconut milk into the soup, stir and cook for a few more minutes until the ingredients are completely cooked.
Step 12. Add salt, garlic and chopped parsley to the prepared soup to your taste. The taste of coconut milk can be enhanced with sugar.
Step 13. Pour the finished Tom Yum with shrimp into plates and serve hot for lunch. Bon appetit!
