Step 2. Rinse and peel the potatoes. I don't like to fuss for a long time, so I use a vegetable peeler. This makes it more aesthetically pleasing and faster. Fill a large baking tray with peeled potatoes, pour in oil, season with coarse salt, stir and set aside.
Step 3 Time to tackle the rabbit. Cover your work surface with bacon slices, I have a special tray. You can do this on a cutting board.
