- Thin Armenian lavash – 120 gr.
- Minced meat – 450 gr.
- Tomatoes – 300 gr.
- Onions – 100 gr.
- Tomato paste – 2 tbsp.

- Cheese – 100 gr.
- Salt - to taste.
- Ground black pepper - to taste.
For the sauce:
- Milk – 500 ml.
- Butter – 40 gr.
- Wheat flour – 30 gr.

Cooking process:
Step 1.Remove the skins from the onion and garlic, rinse and chop in a convenient way. Heat the frying pan. Pour in the odorless oil you are used to using. Send the vegetables to fry.
Step 2. Next, add 450 grams of minced meat and tomato paste. Season with pepper and salt. Don't forget to stir.
Step 3. Rinse the tomatoes and make cross-shaped cuts. Place in a bowl and pour boiling water over it, leave for 5 minutes.
Step 4. Carefully remove the skin, cut out the stalk and grind in a blender.
Step 5. Pour crushed tomatoes into the meat filling. Cook until all excess moisture has evaporated.
Step 6. Melt 40 grams of butter in a heavy saucepan.
Step 7. Add 30 grams of wheat flour and fry, stirring constantly.
Step 8. Pour 500 milliliters of milk, salt and pepper. Stir with a whisk and break up any lumps until it thickens. If you still cannot avoid lumps, rub the sauce through a sieve or puree it with a blender.
Step 9: Now assemble the lasagna. Place a spoonful of white sauce on the bottom. Place a sheet of pita bread on top.
Step 10: Brush with white sauce again.
Step 11. Next, spread the fried minced meat with tomatoes and onions in an even layer.
Step 12: Repeat layers until ingredients are gone.

Step 1. Cut the pita bread into squares. For convenience, take kitchen scissors.
Step 2. For the paprika chips, place the chopped pita bread in a bag.Season with salt and ground paprika. Pour in olive oil or any other flavourless oil.
Step 3. Tie the bag in a knot so that there is free space inside. Shake the bag thoroughly so that the lavash pieces are evenly saturated with spices.
Step 4. Untie the bag, check that all the pieces are saturated with spices. If not, repeat the procedure.
Step 5. Line a baking tray with baking paper or baking foil and place the future chips in one layer.
