Cooking process:
Step 1. Place granulated sugar, vanilla sugar and cocoa powder in a thick-walled saucepan. Pour a little milk and stir so that there are no lumps. Add the remaining milk. Place on the stove to heat up.
Step 2. Pour in the milk powder, stir with a whisk and continue heating.
Step 3. Dissolve corn starch in a small amount of milk and add it into the chocolate mixture in a thin stream. Bring until thickened, stirring constantly with a whisk.
Step 4: Take your ice cream molds and fill them with hot chocolate mixture. Cool at room temperature and then refrigerate.
Step 5. Remove the frozen ice cream from the molds.
