- Bulgarian pepper 400 gr. (red and peeled)
- Bulb onions 80 (grams)
- Garlic 4 (parts)
- Olive oil 2 (tablespoons)
- Oregano 2 pinches
- Water 100 (milliliters)
- Salt taste
- Ground black pepper taste

Cut the sweet peppers in half and remove the stems, white membranes and seeds. Cut into fairly large segments.

Cut juicy tomatoes into 4-6 slices, depending on size.

We “free” the onion from the husk and cut it into half rings.

Line a flat baking sheet with a sheet of baking paper and lay out the vegetable mix. Drizzle with olive oil and season with oregano, whole and unpeeled garlic cloves, ground pepper and salt.

Bake for about 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees.

- Garlic – 3-4 teeth.
- Hard cheese – 200 gr.

- Ground black pepper - to taste.
Cooking process:
Step 1. Separate the garlic cloves from the head and press with the edge of a knife, remove the husks and chop.
Step 2.We rinse the tomatoes under running water, cut them into quarters and be sure to get rid of the place where the stalk is attached.
Step 3. Wash the fragrant basil leaves and shake off excess moisture. Chop into small pieces using culinary scissors.
Step 4. In a wide container, mix tomatoes, basil and garlic. Season the ingredients with vinegar, olive oil, salt and ground pepper and stir again.
Step 5. Transfer the aromatic “set” into a heat-resistant form, greased with olive oil, and bake for 15-20 minutes (180 degrees).

- Bell pepper – 200 gr.

- Granulated sugar – 3 tbsp.

Cooking process:
Step 1. We wash the lids and jars with soda and pour boiling water over them, dry them and put spices on the bottom: allspice peas, onion slices, parsley and garlic cloves.
Step 2. Fill the jar with washed tomatoes, layering with the above-mentioned additives.
Step 3. Pour boiling water into the jar up to the neck.
Step 4. Pour the hot water into the pan, add sugar and salt, cook for 5-10 minutes and add vinegar. Remove from the burner after boiling again.
Step 5. Fill the free space in the jar with hot brine and immediately roll it up using a special key.
Step 6. To check the tightness, place the seals on the lids and wrap them in a blanket for a day. After the time has passed, we transfer the tomatoes to a storage location. Cook and have fun!

Tomato juice from tomatoes at home is so easy to prepare that after trying it just once, you will forever forget about buying a packaged drink in stores. For cooking, we need only three components: the tomatoes themselves, as well as salt and your favorite seasonings.

- Tomatoes – 3 kg.
- Salt - to taste.
- Granulated sugar - to taste.
- Spices - to taste.

Step 1. Before starting the process, rinse the jar of soda, sterilize it, and also be sure to boil the lids.
Step 2.We cut the washed tomatoes crosswise at the base, pour boiling water over them for a couple of minutes and then rinse with cool water.

Ingredients:
- Tomatoes – 500 gr.
- Cucumbers – 1 pc.
- Parsley – 4 sprigs.
- Garlic – 2 teeth.
- Basil leaves – 10 pcs.
- Olive oil – 4 tbsp.
- Wine vinegar – 1 tbsp.
- White loaf – 40 gr.
- Ground black pepper – ½ tsp.
- Salt – 1 tsp.
Cooking process:
Step 1. We wash the tomatoes, remove the place where the stalk is attached and cut them crosswise, dip them in boiling water for 30-40 seconds, then move the fruits into cold water and remove the skin. Cut into 4 parts and get rid of the seeds.
Step 2. Finely chop the greens separately from each other.
Step 3. Peel the washed cucumber and cut it in half: randomly chop one part and leave the second for decoration.
Step 4. Place tomatoes, basil, garlic and half a cucumber into a blender bowl, also add vinegar and olive oil. Season with salt and black pepper.
Step 5.Mix the ingredients until smooth, and if you think the mass is too thick, you can add a small amount of cool water.
Step 6. Pour the soup into a container, close the lid and refrigerate for 120 minutes.
Step 7. At the same time, cut off the crusts from the bread and cut the crumb into cubes.
Step 8. Fry the loaf in a dry frying pan until golden brown.

Homemade tomato paste is a natural product that is widely used in cooking. Of course, homemade pasta will differ from store-bought pasta in a less rich taste, but its composition is much better. Be sure to try it!

Ingredients:
- Tomatoes – 3.5 kg.
- Salt – ½ tbsp.
Cooking process:
Step 1. Grind the washed and dried tomatoes using a meat grinder, add salt and, pour into a pan of a suitable size, boil.
Step 2. Place a sieve in the center of the boiling mass, and scoop out the juice from there with a spoon or ladle. We use this liquid to prepare other dishes.
Step 3. Having got rid of the juice, we get this mass.
Step 4. Grind the mixture through a sieve and boil to the desired thickness (60-90 minutes).
Step 5. Distribute the delicate paste into sterile jars and seal tightly.
