- Veal steaks – 2 pcs.
- Butter – 2 tsp.
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp.

Cooking process:
Step 1. We wash two slices of meat and blot them dry with napkins, rub them with oil, salt and seasonings. If time allows, you can leave it to soak for 30-40 minutes.
Step 2. Heat a dry frying pan, pour in olive oil and add steaks, fry for 90-120 seconds.
Step 3. Next, turn the meat over, place small pieces of butter on top and fry for another one and a half to two minutes.

We complement the veal with fresh zucchini, carrots and onions - we get tasty and satisfying cutlets, which, thanks to their excellent composition, can be offered even to the little ones.

- Veal – 300 gr.
- Young zucchini – 1 pc.
- Carrot – 1 pc.
- Onion – 2-3 pcs.
- Eggs – 1 pc.

- Provençal herbs – 1.5 tsp.
- Starch – 3 tbsp.
- Vegetable oil – 100 ml.
Cooking process:
Step 1. Peel and rinse the vegetables under running water, rinse the veal and cut it into small segments.
Step 2. Grind the meat, onions and carrots through a meat grinder.
Step 3. Grate the dense zucchini on a borage grater directly into the minced meat.
Step 4. Beat in one chicken egg.
Step 5. Add corn or potato starch.

- Potatoes – 4 pcs.
- Garlic – 2 teeth.
- Tomato paste – 100 gr.

- Greens - to taste.
Cooking process:
Step 1. Fry the young beef cut into cubes in oil until golden brown right in the pan.

Step 4. Add chopped garlic to the ingredients.

- Butter – 30 gr.
- Chopped parsley – 2 tbsp.

Cooking process:
Step 1. First of all, wash and dry the veal, cut two types of onions into half rings, and boil the chopped wild mushrooms in salted water until tender.
Step 2. Melt a piece of butter in a frying pan and fry the meat until golden brown on all sides, add salt and pepper - put the veal in a separate bowl.
Step 3. In the same oil, sauté the onion slices until soft, add the boiled mushrooms and simmer for another 2-3 minutes, add some salt. Pour wine over the ingredients and heat for 5 minutes, then remove the dishes from the burner, move the ingredients to the sides and place the meat in the center.
