  • Ketchup – 1 tbsp. l.;
  • Sunflower oil - for lubrication.

Cooking process:

Step 1. Peel the sausage from the film and cut into small cubes.

Step 2. Finely chop the pickles.

Step 3. Wash the tomatoes and finely cut into cubes.

Step 4. Mix cucumbers, sausage and tomatoes in a bowl, add mayonnaise and stir well.

Step 5. Grease a baking sheet with a small amount of vegetable oil, arrange the pieces of bread and brush them with ketchup.

Step 6. Divide the filling among the pieces of bread.

Step 7. Grate the cheese coarsely and pour it on top of the filling. In addition, you can buy cheese pre-cut into slices.
