  • Salt – 2.5 tsp. + ½ tsp.
  • Ground black pepper – ½ tsp.
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Vegetable oil – 4-5 tbsp.

Step 1. Prepare the dough: sift flour into a work bowl, add water (one glass), salt and eggs - start mixing in one direction with a fork. When the dough has thickened, place the mixture on the work surface and knead until the mixture stops sticking to your palms.Then we put it in a bag and leave it to “rest” for half an hour.
