- French mustard 100 (grams)
- Mustard 2 (tablespoons)

- Pork with fat – 600 gr.
- Freshly ground black pepper – 1 tbsp.
- Paprika – 1 tsp.
- Salt – ½ tsp.

- Onions – 150 gr.
Cooking process:
Step 1. To coat the meat in a deep bowl, combine all the dry spices, add a little olive oil and mix thoroughly.
Step 2. Rinse the pork with water, dry it with paper towels and brush with aromatic dressing. Cover the container with the future boiled pork with cling film and put it in the refrigerator overnight for soaking.
