You are doubly lucky if you have both fresh berries and a slow cooker in your kitchen. After all, you don’t have to control the power of the fire or keep track of time, and the blueberries in their own juice will turn out incredible in taste and consistency.

4. After this time, open the lids and add more blueberries, filling the jar to the very neck. We set the same mode and boil for 25 minutes.
5. We do this until the blueberries are completely in their own juice and stop decreasing in volume.
6. After which we remove the jars and roll up the lids. In this form, turn it upside down and cover with a blanket. Once the jars have cooled, move them to a more comfortable cool place.

3. Place blueberries in sterilized jars and cover with a lid, without screwing it tightly. Place the jars in a pan of cold water and bring them to a boil. At this stage, the blueberries begin to release juice. We remove the covers.
4. As the volume of berries decreases, we report more. Leave the jars of blueberries to simmer over low heat for 30-40 minutes without lids.
5.After this time, remove the jars from the pan and screw on the sterilized lids. Turn over and leave to cool to room temperature.
6. Blueberries in their own juice are ready. Open it at least the next day, or better yet, hold it until winter.
