Cheesecake is a tender and melt-in-your-mouth dessert, which is usually attributed to the cuisines of Europe and America. And even though this treat is usually considered a cake, this is not entirely true, since you will not find sponge cake and cream in its composition. Traditionally, crushed cookies with some additives are used for the base, and various cheese-containing products are used for the filling. For example, curd cheese, ricotta or full-fat cottage cheese are great for cooking. There are also different recipes: some require heat treatment, while others, on the contrary, require stabilization on the refrigerator shelf. But no matter which of the options you like, you will still find it incredibly tasty!
