- Tomato brine – 1.5 tbsp.
- Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.

Step 1. For speed of action and our own convenience, lay out all the necessary components on the work surface.
Step 2. Rinse the half-liter jar thoroughly with water and wipe dry.
Step 3. Strain one and a half cups of room temperature brine from the tomatoes through a fine sieve.
Step 4. Pour the liquid into a saucepan and heat to 58 degrees.
Step 5. Pour the powder into the prepared container and fill it with warm brine.
Step 6. Using a spoon, carefully mix the ingredients until smooth.
Step 7. Leave the mixture for about 4 hours in a warm place and then add two tablespoons of odorless oil and mix again.

Powdered mustard in cabbage brine
For all those who passionately love all kinds of meat snacks, barbecue and sandwiches with sausage or ham, we recommend preparing aromatic mustard from simple ingredients at home, spending a minimum of time and effort.

- Cabbage brine – 100 ml.
- Mustard powder – 2-2.5 tbsp.
- Granulated sugar – ½ tsp.
- Khmeli-suneli seasoning – ½ tsp.

Step 1. Strain 100 milliliters of cabbage brine at room temperature using a fine-hole sieve.
Step 2. Pour sugar and spices into the liquid, mix and put in the microwave - heat.
Step 3. Add dry mustard powder to the warm brine, mix thoroughly and then pour in a little vodka for a richer taste.
Step 4. Close the container with the sauce with a lid and put it in a warm place for a couple of hours (for example, under a radiator). After about 3 hours, place the jar in the cold for 1-2 days to infuse.

How to cook spicy, vigorous mustard in brine?
If you like strong mustard, then the store-bought version is clearly not suitable for you, since store-bought mustard has a neutral taste and only a slight tang. However, when cooking at home, you can control the spiciness yourself and prepare mustard that will fully suit your taste.

- Mustard powder – 25 gr.
- Brine – 50 ml.
- Granulated sugar – 1 tsp.
- Salt – ¼ tsp.
- Olive oil – 1 tsp.
Cooking process:
Step 1. Pour dry mustard into a small glass container.
Step 2. Gradually introduce brine at room temperature, each time thoroughly mixing the mass so that not a single lump remains.
Step 3. Control the thickness (the mixed components should resemble rich sour cream in consistency).
Step 4. Add a little granulated sugar to the mustard paste.
Step 5. Salt.
Step 6. And add a teaspoon of olive or sunflower oil.
Step 7. Mix well again.
