Step 4. Take the yeast dough out of the refrigerator, make cuts on it, stretch it and roll it into a rectangle. Place a layer of butter on top, cover it with dough and pinch the edges.
Step 5. Press the dough with a rolling pin, turn it over, press again and roll it into a rectangle.
Step 6. We wrap the dough on top of each other, if desired, first cut it into four parts, put it back into the bag and put it in the refrigerator for an hour.
