Step 1. Prepare the products, peel the mushrooms and renew the cut on the stem. Instead of champignons, if desired, use wild mushrooms.
Step 2. Season the twisted meat with spices and salt. Knead the minced meat with vigorous movement of your hands.
Step 3. Heat the water, and in the meantime form balls of the same size from the semi-finished meat product.
Step 4. Cut the champignons not too finely. Fry in a hot frying pan with vegetable oil.

Step 8. Having uncorked the canned tomatoes, chop them and add them to the contents of the frying pan. If necessary, replace with tomato paste or fresh tomato, removing the skin. If the paste is sour, add sugar to balance.
Step 9After peeling the potato tubers with a housekeeper, chop them into cubes.
Step 10. Place the potato slices on top of the meatballs and boil for 10 minutes.
Step 11. Add bright roast, bay leaf and other spices at your discretion. After boiling, cook for 5 minutes.
