Beef in a sleeve in the oven is very easy to prepare. Let's make the marinade: peel five cloves of garlic and mash in a mortar or finely chop.

Place the chopped garlic in a deep bowl.

- Beef tenderloin – 1 kg.

- Before Bulgarian – 2 pcs.

- Pepper mixture – ½ tsp.
- Laurel leaf – 3-4 pcs.
Cooking process:
Step 1. Rinse the tenderloin thoroughly with water, dry it with paper towels and clean it of white films and hard veins.
Step 2. Cut the peeled red onion and carrot into half rings.
Step 3. Place ½ of the chopped vegetables in the baking sleeve.
Step 4. Place one sweet pepper, cut into strips, on top of the onions and carrots.
Step 5. Cut the tomatoes into two parts and also put half in the sleeve.
Step 6. Place the tenderloin on the vegetable “pillow” and season it with broken laurel leaves, salt and a mixture of peppers - on top of the remaining peppers, tomatoes, carrots and onions.

Step 1. Prepare the products indicated in the list of ingredients: rinse the meat and vegetables thoroughly under running water and let dry a little time.
Step 2. Remove membranes from the beef and cut into medium-sized cubes.
Step 3. Cut the peeled potatoes into 4 or 8 pieces, depending on their size.
Step 4. Plane the carrots into rings about three millimeters thick.
Step 5. Finely chop the onion.
Step 6. In a deep container, combine all the ingredients and season them with salt and ground pepper - mix to distribute the seasonings evenly.

Ingredients:
- Beef ribs – 700 gr.
- Potatoes – 1 kg.
- Onions – 2-3 pcs.
- Carrots – 1 pc.
- Garlic – 2 teeth.
- Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp.
- Adjika – 1 tbsp.
- Butter – 50-70 gr.
- Salt - to taste.
- Seasonings - to taste.
Cooking process:
Step 1. Cut the ribs into segments, cut out the bone fragments and rinse thoroughly under running water.
Step 2. Peel the garlic cloves and pass them through a press or grate them on a fine grater and transfer them to the meat.
Step 3. Add the required amount of adjika and mayonnaise.
Step 4. Sprinkle with your favorite spices and salt.
Step 5. We also add peeled onions, cut into rings of medium thickness, to the beef.
Step 6. Thoroughly stir the prepared ingredients and put them in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or better yet, overnight.
Step 7. Without wasting time, coarsely chop the peeled carrots.
Step 8. Cut the peeled potatoes into slices or random pieces.
Step 9. Transfer the vegetables to the meat and mix again so that the potatoes and carrots are also soaked in the sauce and seasonings.
