- Granulated sugar – 2.5 tbsp.
- Salt – 0.5 tsp.
- Margarine – 150 gr.
- Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.
Cooking process:
Step 1. Divide the offal and cut out the trachea, membranes and cartilage. Wash thoroughly. Immerse in a saucepan, place on the middle burner, fill with water. Boil, pour out the liquid and repeat. Season with spices and cook for 2 hours, lowering the temperature after boiling. Don't forget to remove the foam.
Step 2. Cut the boiled offal into random pieces and grind in a meat grinder.
Step 3. Peel the onion, rinse, and chop finely. Heat a frying pan, pour in oil. Add vegetables and fry until soft.
Step 4. Transfer the golden onion to the twisted minced meat and add salt. Add your favorite aromatic seasonings if desired. Combine the ingredients.
Step 5. Prepare the ingredients for the dough. My kneading was done in a bread machine.
Step 6. Pour preheated milk into the bread machine bucket, beat in eggs at room temperature and add soft margarine.
Step 7. Sift the flour, add granulated sugar and instant yeast. Add some salt. On the panel, select the “Kneading yeast dough” mode. My duration is 1 hour 50 minutes.
Step 8. Divide the finished dough into lumps. Spread each one with your hands in a circle.
Step 9. Place the filling in the center and seal the edges well, giving the shape of pies.
Step 10. Grease a baking sheet with oil. Place the pies so that they do not touch each other. Cover with a towel and let them come up. 10 minutes will be enough. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Step 11. Bake delicious pies for 20 minutes.
