For the winter in the freezer:
    My pear…..and through a juicer…without peeling…
I skim off the foam….pour it
in plastic bottles, in the freezer. And from megzi and foam I make excellent jam with the addition of 1/1 sugar.
And fast and tasty...almost 0 waste
