Cooking process:
1. Cut the zucchini into 3-4 pieces each. It is best to use fresh young zucchini.
2. Remove the core from each piece using a spoon, leaving the bottom and walls.
3. For the filling, first chop the onion and fry it for 4 minutes in vegetable oil, stirring occasionally.
4. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater and add them to the pan. Still stirring, sauté the vegetables for about 4 minutes.
5.Then add the minced meat, break up large meat pieces with a spatula and, stirring, fry the meat for 10 minutes.
