Step 1. We “free” the onion from the husk and rinse it under running water.
Step 2. Chop the vegetables using a knife or food processor, place in a bowl and add some salt - mix well and leave for 10 minutes so that the pieces release the juice.
Step 3. “Dust” the slices with a small amount of flour. Cover the container with a lid and shake for even distribution.
Step 4. In any heat-resistant container, heat the oil and add the onion.
Step 5. Fry the cubes until richly browned, stirring frequently with a spatula.
