Using a sharp knife, we make accordion-shaped cuts on each potato, but do not cut all the way through so that the tuber remains intact at the base. For convenience, you can place the potato in a tablespoon and cut it on top - the edges of the spoon will not allow you to cut the potato to the end. Sprinkle each potato with salt and ground black pepper to taste.

Cut the bacon into thin slices. The size of the slices should be such that they can be conveniently placed into the cuts of the potato.
-
Place a slice of bacon in each cut. Place the stuffed potatoes in a baking sleeve and tie the edges tightly. You can add a little vegetable oil to the bag. The bacon should release its fat as it bakes, so heavy oiling is not required. Place the potatoes in the sleeve in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for twenty-five to thirty-five minutes. The specific baking time depends on the size of the potatoes - the larger it is, the longer you need to keep the potatoes in the oven.
-
After the specified time has passed, carefully cut the sleeve and return the potatoes to the oven to brown for another five to ten minutes. At the same time, increase the oven temperature to 220 degrees.
