- Cilantro 12 (grams)
- Seasoning "Khmeli-Suneli" 1 (tablespoons)
- Vegetable oil 2 (tablespoons)
- Salt, ground pepper taste
- Tomatoes 5 PC
-
How to cook red bean lobio according to the classic recipe? Pour cold water over the beans and leave for about 8 hours to soak.
-
Let's drain the water from it and fill it again. Place the pan with beans on the stove and wait until it boils. Now drain the hot water and fill it with cold water again, the ideal ratio is 1:4. Cook our beans for about 50 minutes until they become very soft. Mash some of it with a fork, just so that a lot of whole beans are preserved. We don’t drain the broth; we will need it later.
-
We sort through the nut kernels, removing the husks.
-
Place the nuts in a blender or a meat grinder and grind.
-
Peel the onion and cut into small pieces. Pour it into a heated frying pan and fry until light golden brown.
-
We tear off the tails of the tomatoes and dip them in boiling water for 10 seconds, and then rinse them under running cold water. Now remove the skin with a knife.
-
Chop the tomatoes in the same way as the onions.
-
We wash and chop the cilantro, then chop the garlic into small pieces.
-
Add the tomatoes to the onions and season everything with spices to taste. The appetizer should be spicy, but make sure it remains edible.
-
Now we combine beans, fried onions and tomatoes, cilantro, garlic and nuts. Pour in some bean broth. Place on the stove to simmer on low heat for 3-4 minutes. Ready!
Bon appetit!
