A homemade corn dog is an American alternative to our sausage rolls. If you and your family love semi-finished meat products, then be sure to try dipping the sausages in thick corn batter and frying until golden brown in a large amount of vegetable oil.

We arm ourselves with kitchen gram scales and weigh the required amount of dry ingredients.

Remove the casing from the sausages and pierce them onto skewers.

For the batter, mix the following ingredients until smooth: two types of flour, milk, egg, soda, granulated sugar and salt.

Pour the mixture into a tall dish or wide bowl and, holding a stick, dip the semi-finished meat product.

- Processed cheese in plates – 4 pcs.
- Eggs – 1 pc.
- Milk – 100 ml.
- Flour – 80 gr.
- Baking powder – 1/3 tsp.
- Sunflower oil – 250 ml.
- Salt - to taste.
- Ground black pepper - to taste.
Cooking process:
Step 1. Prepare the ingredients according to the list above.
Step 2. Remove the packaging from the cheese and sausages, wrap each sausage in a slice of cheese, pressing.
Step 3. We pierce the semi-finished products with a stick and move them to the refrigerator for 20 minutes, placing them seam side down.
Step 4. At the same time, prepare the batter: put the egg, milk, salt and pepper into a bowl and beat it.
Step 5. Combine flour with baking powder and sift into the egg-milk mixture.
Step 6. Knead the ingredients until smooth and homogeneous.
Step 7Pour the batter into a glass and immerse the semi-finished product in it, take it out and wait a couple of seconds until the excess flows back into the narrow bowl.
Step 8. Fry the corn dogs in hot sunflower oil on all sides until a crust forms.
Step 9. Place the sausages on paper towels for a few minutes and then serve.

- Margarine – 100 gr.
- Corn flour – 1 tbsp.

- Salt – 1/3 tsp.
Cooking process:
Step 1. To speed up the process and for your own convenience, put all the necessary products on the desktop.
Step 2. Break the eggs into a deep bowl and beat with a mixer until foam forms on the surface.
Step 3. Melt the margarine in the microwave or in a water bath and pour into the eggs.
Step 4. Pour in milk.
Step 5. Now add two types of flour, salt and baking powder.
Step 6. Beat the ingredients with the whisk of a mixer until smooth.
Step 7. Remove the casing from the sausages and cut each one in half.
Step 8. Thread semi-finished meat products onto skewers.
Step 9. Pour a tablespoon of dough into each cell.
Step 10. Arrange the sausage sticks as shown in the photo.

Korean corn dogs are a popular snack that makes you fall in love even before the first try, because no one can resist biting off at least a small piece of the golden crust, under which the warm and tasty sausage is hidden.

- Sausages – 4 pcs.
- Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp.
- Panko crackers – 1 tbsp.
- Cheese sauce - to taste.

For the batter:
- Baking flour – 2 tbsp.
- Milk – 200 ml.
- Eggs – 1 pc.
- Salt – ½ tsp.
- Granulated sugar – 2 tbsp.
- Baking powder – 1 tsp.
Cooking process:
Step 1. Cut the peeled sausages in half, placing each part evenly on a long wooden stick.
Step 2. Break the egg into a plate with high sides and beat.
Step 3. Add milk, salt, sugar, baking powder and flour. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until they form a thick, homogeneous mass.
Step 4. Pour the batter into a narrow glass and dip the dough breaded in flour.
Step 5. Then roll the semi-finished products in breadcrumbs.
Step 6. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan to 180 degrees and lay out the sausages, turning frequently, fry until crisp.

Deep-fried corn dogs are a warm snack that does not lose its taste even after completely cooling. For cooking, we only need wooden skewers, tasty sausages and batter ingredients: two types of flour, eggs, milk and baking powder.

Step 3. Add the dry mixture with egg, kefir and melted butter.
Step 4. Pour the batter into a glass and dip the sausages.
Step 5. Place the semi-finished products in boiling vegetable oil and cook until golden.

A corn dog without corn flour in its taste is not much different from the original recipe, however, to obtain a dense crust with a golden hue, we need at least starch. Diversify your usual diet with juicy sausages, and your family will thank you!

Ingredients:
- Sausages – 12 pcs.
- Corn starch – 150 gr.
- Wheat flour – 200 gr.
- Milk – 250 ml.
- Eggs – 1 pc.
- Soda – 1 pinch.
- Granulated sugar – ½ tbsp.
- Salt - to taste.
- Vegetable oil – ½ tbsp.
Cooking process:
Step 1. Clean the sausages and blot them with napkins to remove moisture. Thread onto skewers.
Step 2. Break an egg into a container with high sides, pour in milk and add granulated sugar and salt.
Step 3. Shake the ingredients using a hand whisk.
Step 4. Gradually add flour with baking powder and soda, mix into a homogeneous batter.
Step 5. Pour the mixture into a narrow and tall bowl, dip the meat pieces one at a time.
Step 6. Heat half a glass of vegetable oil in a deep frying pan and fry the corn dogs until a beautiful golden hue.
Step 7. Blot with napkins and proceed to serving.
