    What strange cooks! It seems that they never cooked cutlets, but wrote recipes from the “lantern”. What does one onion in minced meat mean? Onions come in different sizes; I couldn’t find the weight of an onion in any recipe. But it is the onion that gives the cutlets juiciness, and not the bread that you add.

      Hello Valentina! Thanks for your feedback! I want to say from my experience that the more onions in the cutlets, the better. Therefore, the exact weight of the bulb does not matter much. Everything is to taste, some people don’t really like onions and add the minimum, while others, on the contrary, add the maximum, and some do not add onions to the cutlets at all. I have given a recipe that you can change according to your taste.
