Based on minced chicken with any filling, cheese, vegetable or mixed, you can quickly and easily prepare both a hot dish for a family dinner and an appetizer for a holiday meal. In this recipe, we take a boiled egg for the filling and bake the roll in foil in the oven.

How to cook chicken roll in the oven at home? First of all, let's make the minced meat for the roll.Cut the washed chicken fillet into pieces. Step 1. Use a sharp knife to cut the washed chicken carcass into fillets, removing the backbone with large bones and being careful not to damage the integrity of the skin. Then beat the resulting fillet a little with a hammer and place it on a baking sheet lined with foil. To your taste, sprinkle the meat with salt, black pepper and chicken seasoning.
Step 2. Place either pickled mushrooms or fried fresh ones in the middle of the fillet.
Step 3. Grind the peeled garlic cloves on a coarse grater and place them evenly on top of the meat.
Step 4. Cut the onion into thin half rings and sweet pepper into long strips. We place this vegetable slice on top of the roll.

Chicken breast roll in foil is the simplest and most basic version of chicken rolls, because this baking method preserves the juiciness of chicken meat. You can vary the filling according to your taste. This recipe is filled with marinated chicken thigh meat.

Add spices (curry, oregano, etc.) to your taste. Then mix the chicken pieces with seasonings well and leave for 30 minutes to marinate.
Step 3. Spread a large piece of cling film on the work surface of the table. Form the marinated meat into a neat roll and place on film. Then wrap the roll tightly with film 5-7 times and fasten or tie the ends.

Step 2. Chop the pre-soaked prunes into pieces. Cut the peeled carrots into thin long strips or chop them on a Korean grater. Sprinkle chicken meat with salt and black pepper to your taste. Then evenly place pieces of prunes and carrot sticks on top of it. Sprinkle the filling with dry gelatin on top.
Step 3. Then, with your hands, carefully and beautifully roll the chicken meat with the filling, forming a roll. We tie the roll tightly with special flagella or twine.

Step 1. First prepare the filling for the roll. Peel, rinse and finely chop fresh mushrooms and onions. Fry the onion slices in vegetable oil until golden brown, then add the mushrooms to it and fry until the mushroom juice evaporates as much as possible.
Step 2: Next, prepare the fillet marinade. In a separate bowl, mix the ingredients for the marinade in the quantity specified in the recipe.
Step 3. Cut the washed and dried chicken fillet into halves and lightly beat all the pieces through the film with a hammer.
Step 4: Place cling film on your work surface. Dip the beaten fillet well on both sides in the marinade and place on film, forming one rectangle.
Step 5. Grind a piece of hard cheese on a coarse grater. Sprinkle half the cheese evenly over the fillets. Then place the mushrooms fried with onions in an even layer. Cover them with the rest of the grated cheese.
Step 6. Using film, tightly wrap the fillet with the filling, forming a roll so that the ingredients are compressed and the roll holds its shape well.
Step 7. Then spread the second piece of film and place the bacon on it in two rows of eight strips each and so that their edges overlap one another. Carefully place the formed roll in the middle of the bacon layer, seam side up.
Step 8. Then, together with the film, wrap the roll with strips of bacon, place it in a baking dish and carefully remove the film. Spread the surface of the roll with chicken yolk. Bake the roll in the oven preheated to 180°C for 40 minutes.

Step 2. The chicken liver is washed well, placed in a colander to remove excess liquid and cut into small pieces.
Step 3. Then the pieces of liver with two eggs are crushed using a blender until smooth. Flour and semolina are poured into the chopped liver, fresh milk is poured, spices are added to taste and everything is beaten again. Then this mass is left for 10 minutes for the semolina to swell.

The meat for the roll is marinated for 2–3 hours, or preferably overnight.

Step 2. Pour cold water over the chicken bones, add salt and any spices to them, and cook the broth for 30 minutes.Cut clean chicken meat into small pieces up to 1 cm in size and beat it on a cutting board with the blunt side of a knife. Place the chopped meat into a separate bowl.
Step 3. Measure out the amount of all seasonings and salt indicated in the recipe.
Step 4. Add them to the prepared minced meat. Pour 150 ml of prepared bone broth into the minced meat. Knead the minced meat well by hand for five minutes so that the meat absorbs all the broth. Step 3. Peeled onions and carrots are chopped in any way and fried in vegetable oil until soft. Place two tablespoons of sautéed vegetables on top of the chicken meat (on one half). Pre-soaked and finely chopped prunes are placed on the vegetables.
Step 4. Then the breasts are carefully and tightly wrapped with the filling in the form of a roll. The roll is wrapped in several layers of film and placed in the refrigerator for 1 hour to marinate.
Step 5. After an hour, the film is removed from the roll. The roll is wrapped tightly with foil folded in 3 layers.
