Step 3. Prepare the filling. Wash the nettles thoroughly, put them in a colander, and lower them into boiling water for 5-10 seconds. Then place it under running cold water and let it drain completely. We do the same with onions.
Step 4. Finely chop the processed nettles and green onions, put them in a bowl, add cottage cheese, salt, break the eggs and mix the finished filling thoroughly.
Step 5. Take the cooled and rested dough out of the refrigerator, roll it out and cut out circles from it. Place the filling in the middle of each circle. Lift the edges of the dough over the filling and pinch with a braid.
