1. Wash the meat thoroughly, dry it and cut it into portions, and then pass it through a meat grinder.

2. Separately, turn the onion together with 250 grams of lard.

3. Cut the remaining lard into small pieces.

4. Also cut the cheese into small pieces.

5. Add lard, onions and cheese to the minced meat and grind again with a meat grinder.

6. Season the minced meat with basil, salt and pepper to taste.

7. Knead the minced meat for about 10 minutes.
