- Garlic – 5 teeth.
- Dill – 50 gr.
- Parsley – 50 gr.

- Black peppercorns – 1 gr.
- Laurel leaf – 2 pcs.
- Cloves – 3 buds.
- Coriander – ½ tsp.
Cooking process:
Step 1. Rinse the greens and zucchini and allow time to dry, remove the husks from the garlic.
Step 2. Boil water in a saucepan and add salt and sugar, add spices - boil for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 3. Without wasting time, cut the garlic into 2-3 parts, cut the zucchini into rings, and chop the parsley and dill.
Step 4. Place the greens, zucchini and garlic in a jar and fill it with brine, mix and leave for about 5 hours.
