I make different jelly each time, I use fresh and frozen berries, and sometimes I use a pack of store-bought jelly. It turns out very tasty, the kids love it.

- Semolina porridge – 300 gr.
- Breadcrumbs – 4 tbsp.
- Chicken eggs – 1 pc.
- Granulated sugar – 2 tsp.
- Potato starch – 3 tbsp.
- Butter – 10 gr.
- Raspberries – 1 tbsp.
- Water – 300 ml.
Cooking process:
Step 1. First, prepare the jelly. Place the berries in a saucepan; this time I used frozen raspberries. Fill with cold water.
Step 2. Place on the stove and bring to a boil. Cook for 20 minutes on the lowest heat.
Step 3.Carefully pour the compote and berries through a sieve so as not to burn yourself, and wipe the berries. Discard the remaining seeds. Place the berry puree back on the stove, add sugar.
Step 4. Dilute 2 tablespoons of potato starch with a small amount of water and pour into the raspberry substance in a thin stream. Stirring constantly, bring to thickening.
Step 5. Beat a chicken egg into the semolina porridge, after washing and drying it.
