Step 3. Knead the dough until it stops sticking to your hands. Elastic dough should remain elastic.
Step 4. Wrap the dough in a plastic bag or cling film. Let it sit on the table for half an hour.

Step 4. Remove the husks from the bulbs. Rinse and finely chop. The more onions, the juicier the dish.

Step 7. Mix the filling thoroughly, rubbing the spices into the meat.

Step 9. Having cut off a portion of the finished dough, roll it out to a thickness not exceeding 2 millimeters. Properly prepared dough should not tear when rolled out thin.

Step 1. Having prepared the ingredients, remove the peel from the garlic clove and onion. We pour under the tap. Rinse the greens. Having measured out 400 grams of flour, sift it. We remove fermented milk products from the refrigerator.
Step 2. Pour the flour into a wide bowl. Salt and add kefir. After mixing the ingredients, knead the dough well. After kneading the dough, cover with film and leave for 20 minutes so that it rests and becomes elastic.
Step 3. Finely chop the onion and dill. Add to the minced meat. Salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
Step 4. Having cut the resting dough into 2 parts, use a rolling pin to turn each of them into a layer, the thickness of which should not exceed 5 millimeters. Divide the layer into squares. Place a teaspoon of minced meat in the center. We fasten the edges to make “boats”. Fill the fireproof mold greased with vegetable oil with the opened manti.
Step 5. Place a piece of butter on the filling. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for baking for 10 minutes. Then carefully remove the container and pour in boiling water so that it covers half the height of the manti. Bake for another half hour until the liquid evaporates.
Step 6. Place sour cream in a bowl; if it’s thick, pour in 100 milliliters of kefir. Grate the garlic on a fine grater. Add chopped greens. Salt and stir. Leave for 10 minutes.
