It can be prepared from various berries and fruits, and you can also use other flavors, for example, coffee, cheese, chocolate. The dessert can be prepared with or without any occasion, your loved ones and guests will be delighted.
Strawberry mousse
Strawberry mousse is simply an absolute delight and a dessert that anyone can make. The most delicious treat will come from fresh berries, but frozen ones are also suitable. In summer, strawberry mousse can easily replace high-calorie cake at a festive feast.

- Gelatin 15 (grams)
- Water 5 (tablespoons)

The mousse is very easy to prepare. Wash the berries, they should be ripe and without damage. Pour cold water over the gelatin and leave to swell.

Grind the strawberries in a blender. Add sugar to strawberry puree and mix well.

When the gelatin swells, place it on the fire and bring until smooth, stirring occasionally. Cool the gelatin mass a little and add it to the strawberry puree in portions, stir everything well. Place four tablespoons of strawberry puree in a separate bowl.

Beat cold heavy cream with a mixer until stiff peaks form.

Immediately add two tablespoons of strawberry puree to the whipped cream, mix with slow movements from bottom to top. Next, add the rest of the berry mass and also mix the mass slowly and carefully.

Place the strawberry mousse in bowls, add the previously set aside strawberry puree on top and make streaks with a stick.

Chocolate mousse is a wonderful weightless dessert. Translated from French, “mousse” means “foam”. It can be made with cream or egg whites. In the first case, the mousse will be higher in calories. The only downside to the recipe that can be mentioned is the long process of whipping the cream.

- Gelatin – 10 gr.
- Boiled water – 50 ml.
- Milk – 150 ml.
- Sugar – 100 gr.
- Black chocolate – 1 bar.
- Cream 33% – 350 ml.
- Chocolate chips - for serving.
Cooking process:
Step 1. Dissolve gelatin in cold boiled water. If you have instant gelatin, then keep it for 10 minutes, regular - 30 minutes.
Step 2. Pour the milk into a small saucepan and heat it up.
Step 3. Break the chocolate bar into small pieces and place in warm milk. Continue heating it, stirring with a spoon to dissolve the chocolate, but do not bring the mixture to a boil. Then remove the pan from the heat and cool the mixture.
Step 4. Heat the swollen gelatin in the microwave and stir until the mass becomes homogeneous. Under no circumstances should the gelatin mass be boiled.
Step 5. Pour the cooled cream into a blender bowl and add sugar. Beat the ingredients for a couple of minutes with a mixer at full power.
Step 6. Without stopping whipping, pour gelatin and chocolate mixtures into the cream. Continue beating until a fluffy and stable foam is obtained for a few more minutes.
Step 7. Pour the chocolate mousse into portions and place in the refrigerator to set for a couple of hours. Before serving, sprinkle the dessert with chocolate chips. Bon appetit!
Curd mousse with gelatin
Curd mousse with gelatin is an airy, tasty and healthy dessert. It can be served at any time of the year and is prepared simply and quickly. To decorate and enhance the taste, you can use almonds, coconut, white chocolate or various fruits and berries.

Ingredients:
- Cottage cheese – 250 gr.
- Milk – 100 ml.
- Sugar – 3 tbsp.
- Gelatin – 7 gr.
- Strawberries – 200 gr.
Cooking process:
Step 1. Pour milk over the gelatin and leave it to swell.
Step 2. Place all the cottage cheese in a blender bowl.
Step 3. Berries can be taken fresh or frozen. Place them in a container as well.
Step 4. Add sugar and grind the products with an immersion blender.
Step 5. When the gelatin grains swell well, heat the mass in the microwave or on the stove. The gelatin should completely dissolve and the mass should become homogeneous. Do not bring the mixture to a boil.
Step 6. Strain the resulting milk-gelatin mass through a strainer and add to the cottage cheese.
Step 7. Place the curd mixture into small molds and refrigerate for several hours.

Berry mousse made from frozen berries is a wonderful dessert for children and adults. Any berries you can find in your freezer will do. If you use berries with a pronounced sour taste, you can increase the portion of sugar.

- Frozen berries – 1 tbsp.
- Water – 600 ml.
- Sugar – 3 tbsp.
- Semolina – 60 gr.

Step 1. Thaw a glass of any frozen berries. Prepare all other ingredients you will need in the recipe.
Step 2. Mash the berries with a masher and squeeze out the juice. Pour boiling water over the cake and let it cook. After boiling, cook the berry mixture for 5 minutes.
Step 3. Strain the broth and pour into a saucepan. Add sugar to the liquid and place over low heat.
Step 4. When the berry syrup boils, add semolina, stir and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring with a spoon.
Step 5. Remove the pan from the heat, cool and add berry juice to it. Mix both masses using a mixer.

Semolina mousse with berries is a dessert as delicate as a cloud that combines the brightest flavors of summer. In the recipe we will use raspberries and black currants, but you can add your favorite berries to the list according to your taste.

- Semolina – 4 tbsp.
- Water – 500 ml.
- Black currant – 120 gr.
- Raspberries – 120 gr.
- Sugar – 5 tbsp.

Step 1.If you are using fresh berries, wash them well under the tap. Thaw the frozen berries and place them in a saucepan. Add water and sugar to them, put the container on the fire.
Step 2. When the berry mass boils, continue cooking it for 10-15 minutes. Next, you can strain the broth from the seeds or leave it as is.
Step 3. Then add semolina into the boiling berry broth and immediately stir the mixture with a spoon. Cook semolina over low heat, stirring.
Step 4. After 10-12 minutes, remove the pan with the berry mass from the stove. Beat the mixture with a whisk for 8-10 minutes, thanks to which it will become airy and tender.
Step 5. Pour the berry mousse with semolina into small serving containers. Leave the mousse in the refrigerator until completely hardened.

Step 1. Take bananas that are ripe and soft. Prepare all other necessary ingredients for the mousse.
Step 2. Pour gelatin into a bowl and soak it in cold water for half an hour.
Step 3: Peel the bananas and break them into small pieces. Sprinkle bananas with lemon juice and puree with an immersion blender.
Step 4.Pour the chilled cream into another bowl and add powdered sugar. To prevent the powder from scattering, first mix the products at low speeds, and then increase the speed.
Step 5. Next, add banana puree to the whipped cream and mix the mixture well.
Step 6. Heat the swollen gelatin in the microwave and bring the mass until smooth. Pour it into the creamy banana mixture.
Step 7. Whisk the mixture.

Step 1. Wash the raspberries and chop with an immersion blender. Then rub the raspberry mass through a sieve to get rid of small seeds.
Step 2. Dilute gelatin with water, following the instructions on the package.
Step 3. Pour the homogeneous raspberry mass into a saucepan and put on fire. Then add the gelatin mass, continue heating the raspberry mass with gelatin, stirring constantly. So that the gelatin is completely dissolved.
Step 4. Beat the chilled cream with a mixer until you obtain a thick cream. Separately, beat the whites with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
Step 5.Pour the cooled raspberry mixture into the whipped cream and mix gently with a spatula.
Step 6. Then add the beaten egg whites and mix the raspberry mixture well again.
Step 7. Place the fluffy raspberry mousse into bowls or glasses and place in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.

Step 3. Beat the products with a mixer for 10 minutes. Within a couple of minutes the mass will begin to lighten and thicken. If the process is slow, place the bowl in the freezer for a while, then continue whisking.
Step 4. As a result, the coffee mass should increase 4-5 times and thicken greatly.
