- Ground black pepper - to taste.
- Hard cheese – 150 gr.
- Mushrooms – 300 gr.
- Garlic – 4 cloves.
- Green onion – 6-7 feathers.
- Sour cream – 1 tbsp.
- Breadcrumbs – 100 gr.
- Water – 3-4 tbsp.
- Paprika – 1 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - for frying.
Cooking process:
Step 1. We measure out the products in the required quantity. Let the eggs boil.
Step 2. Peel the mushrooms if desired and be sure to trim off the stems a little.
Step 3. Chop the peeled onion and sauté in vegetable oil.
Step 4. Chop the mushrooms.
Step 5. Transfer the champignons to the onions. Lightly fry.
Step 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
