- Chicken egg 1 (things)
- Wheat flour 100 (grams)
- Cow's milk 1 (glasses)
- Vegetable oil 1 (tablespoons)
- Baking soda on the tip of a knife
- Salt 1 pinch
- Granulated sugar 1 (tablespoons)
- For filling:
- Cottage cheese 350 (grams)
- Raisin 50 (grams)
- Yolk 1 (things)
- Sour cream 100 (grams)
- Granulated sugar taste
- Vanillin taste

Sift wheat flour into a deep container, add sugar and salt.Add baking soda at the tip of a knife. Break the chicken egg, stir with a whisk. Gradually pour in a glass of warm milk, stirring well to avoid lumps. Pour in sunflower oil and stir again.

Place 350 grams of full-fat cottage cheese, ideally homemade, in a bowl, then add granulated sugar to taste and add egg yolk. Stir until smooth.

Sort and rinse 50 grams of raisins under the tap, dry on paper towels and add to the curd mass.

Divide each leaflet into 4 parts, place the curd filling in the center. To make the filling aromatic, add vanillin to taste.

Fold the free edges of the pancake sector towards the center, covering the filling, and then roll it into a tight roll.

Place the prepared sheets in a baking dish. Grease the bottom and sides of the pan with oil.

Generously coat the pancakes with sour cream on all sides. Sprinkle with sugar. Cover the pan with baking foil. Place in the oven. Bake at 150 degrees for 40 minutes. Remove the foil and bake until golden brown for another 20 minutes.

Nalistniki with sour cream baked in the oven is my favorite version of a phenomenal dessert. No cakes can replace this masterpiece. I cook often and try to bake a lot of pancakes. I like to freeze them, which makes my life easier. After defrosting, they retain their shape perfectly and are no different from freshly prepared pancakes.

- Milk – 300 ml.
- Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.

- Raisins – 50 gr.
- Vanilla sugar – 1 tsp.

Step 8. Place 300 grams of full-fat cottage cheese, ideally homemade, in a bowl. Sort and rinse 50 grams of raisins under the tap, dry on paper towels and add to the curd mass. Then add granulated sugar and vanilla sugar to taste.

Nalistniki with meat - who would refuse a hearty delicacy? If you have ready-made minced meat and baked pancakes, preparing the dish will not be difficult. In the opposite situation, you will have to be patient. The procedure is simple, but time-consuming. But it's worth it!
Cooking time – 2 hours 00 minutes
Cooking time - 30 min.

Ingredients:
For bookkeepers:
- Chicken eggs – 2 pcs.
- Wheat flour – 500 gr.
- Drinking water – 1.25 l.
- Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.
- Salt - to taste.
- Granulated sugar - to taste.
For filling:
- Pork – 400 gr.
- Onions – 1 pc.
- Salt - to taste.
- Ground black pepper - to taste.
- Vegetable oil – 4 tbsp.
Cooking process:
Step 1. Collect the ingredients from the list. I recommend washing chicken eggs before use for your own safety. To make the filling, rinse the pork, dry it with napkins, and grind through a meat grinder. You can do it another way - first boil the meat in salted water, then twist it.
Step 2. Sift half a kilogram of wheat flour into a large bowl, add salt and sugar. Beat in the prepared eggs. Using a whisk and mixer, mix until smooth.
Step 3. Gradually pour in warm water and get rid of all the lumps, mixing all the ingredients well.
Step 4. Pour in vegetable oil. Stir until smooth, set the liquid substance aside to swell.Meanwhile, heat a cast iron skillet on medium heat. Grease the bottom and sides well with butter just before baking the first pancake.
Step 5: Using a ladle, pour in the batter. Turn the pan to spread the batter evenly over the surface. Brown on one side.
Step 6. Carefully, so as not to burn yourself, turn it over to the second side, fry until a delicious golden color.
Step 7: Cover the stack of sheets with a clean kitchen towel to prevent them from drying out.
Step 8. Prepare the meat filling. Grind the cooked meat in a convenient way - through a meat grinder or using a chopper, fry with chopped onion in vegetable oil. Season with salt and pepper. Cool the filling slightly.
Step 9. Place the slightly cooled filling in the center of each sheet.
Step 10. Wrap it in an envelope. Or the way you like.
Step 11. Heat the cast iron frying pan in which the filling was fried. Using the remaining oil, brown the pancakes with meat filling.
Step 12. Transfer the rosy plates with meat to a common dish.

Step 3. Next, pour in a glass of kefir of any fat content.
Step 4: Add a teaspoon of baking soda and stir vigorously. A characteristic foaming reaction will occur.
Step 5. Pour in odorless sunflower oil.
Step 6. Using a fine sieve, sift the wheat flour.
Step 7. Stir thoroughly so that not a single lump remains. Set aside to rest. Meanwhile, preheat the frying pan on medium heat. Coat the bottom and sides with oil once. Or fry on non-stick without oil.
Step 8: Using a ladle, pour the batter, turning the pan to spread it evenly over the surface.
Step 9: Cook until bubbles appear and dough is set.
Step 10. Turn the pancake over to the other side and brown until deliciously golden brown.
