Preparing cucumber slices (rings) for the winter is very simple and easy! Place vegetables on a work surface, including peeled onions and seasonings.

To add crispness to the fruit, soak the cucumbers for several hours in cold water.

Then we cut off the tails and cut into rings of medium thickness, like in a salad.

Place onion slices, herbs, peppercorns and mustard at the bottom of a sterile jar.

Fill the container with cucumbers and lightly beat it on the table to compact the mixture.

At the same time, boil water in a saucepan and add salt, vinegar and granulated sugar - pour into a jar.

Sterilize the workpiece in a pan, the bottom of which is covered with a towel, in boiling water for 15 minutes, then carefully remove it.

- Cucumbers – 4-5 pcs.
- Tomatoes – 4-5 pcs.
- Garlic – 4 teeth.
- Sunflower oil – 1 tbsp.

- Granulated sugar – 1 tsp.
- Seasonings - to taste.
Cooking process:
Step 1. Rinse the cucumbers and cut into rings.
