- Granulated sugar – 4 tbsp.
- Salt – 2 tbsp.
- Table vinegar (9%) – 2 tbsp.
- Allspice peas – 5 pcs.
Cooking process:
1. Initially, soak the collected cucumbers for 3-4 hours.
2. Then we wash the fruits again and cut off their ends. We also wash the currants along with the branches, trying not to deform the berries.
3. Place washed currant leaves, basil, garlic and dill umbrellas in a jar.
4. And only after the bottom is laid, do we move on to the main ingredients. Arrange cucumbers and red currants randomly, alternating layers.
5. Pour boiling water into a jar filled to the top and cover with a lid. In this form, the cucumbers should stand for at least 5-10 minutes.
6. As soon as the water changes color to pink, pour it into a saucepan and put it on low heat.
7.Add allspice, salt, granulated sugar to warm water and mix well. Boil the contents for several minutes until the sugar is completely dissolved. Finally, pour in the vinegar and turn off the heat.

3. Fill the jar to the very brim and finally add garlic with allspice, horseradish leaf and dill.
