Cooking process:
1. It must be said that the amount of ingredients is calculated for three liter jars, and salt is taken at approximately 50-60 grams per liter. And so, let's start cooking. Wash the tomatoes and peppers and cut them into 2-4 parts.
2. Then grind the tomatoes and peppers using a blender until they become a liquid homogeneous mass. Place the resulting juice on low heat and bring to a boil.
3. Soak the cucumbers for about 6 hours before cooking. Then we wash them well again and remove the ends.
4. Strain the boiled juice through a sieve to get rid of the crushed tomato skins as much as possible.
5. Add 50-60 grams of salt per liter of juice and mix well. We send the tomato mass to cook over low heat until the salt is completely dissolved and foaming stops.
6.Add dill umbrellas, pepper, bay leaves and other herbs to the bottom of the washed jars. Then we begin to fill the jars with cucumbers.
7. When all the cucumbers are laid out, add garlic, hot pepper, cut into rings.

3. Finally, place the prepared cucumbers in the jar, pressing them tightly against each other.
4. Let's start preparing the marinade. Pour salt and sugar into one liter of water and mix well. Then add vinegar and hot ketchup. Bring the marinade to a boil and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
5. Immediately pour the hot marinade over the cucumbers, filling the jar to the very top. Cover the filled jars with lids and proceed to sterilizing the jars.Line the bottom of a clean pan with a towel, place the jars and pour in some warm water. After boiling, sterilize the jars for a maximum of 8 minutes.

4. Fill the contents of the jars with boiling water and cover with lids. Leave for 10 minutes.
