How to cook classic seafood paella at home? We prepare all the products necessary for preparing paella.

Cut the garlic into small cubes.We wash the bell pepper, peel it and cut it into large pieces. Cut the shallots into half rings. Cut off the parsley stems and chop them.

Divide the tomato into two halves and grate each half. Pour boiling water over the saffron and let it brew for 5 minutes.

We wash the unpeeled shrimp and remove their insides, leaving the shell.

Heat olive oil in a paella pan, add shelled shrimp, cuttlefish and mussels. Fry everything over moderate heat for about 3 minutes.

Next, add bell peppers and onions to the pan. Mix everything thoroughly and fry for another 2 minutes, then add the garlic and parsley stems. Fry everything for a minute and transfer the mussels to a plate.

Pour the soaked saffron into the frying pan, add chopped tomatoes and half a liter of shrimp broth. Season the dish with pepper and salt to taste, bring the liquid to a boil and add rice. Mix the ingredients and cook for about 15 minutes. Then add the chopped squid and remaining shrimp. Continue cooking the paella until all the liquid has evaporated.

- Green beans – 2 handfuls
- Carrots – 1 pc.
- Green asparagus – 4 pcs.

- Olives – 2 handfuls
- Greens – 2 tbsp.
- Olive oil – 4 tbsp.
- Ground red paprika - to taste

Cooking process:
1. First, marinate the chicken pieces. To do this, mix them with salt, pepper and paprika and leave to marinate for several hours.
2. Fry the marinated chicken pieces in heated olive oil on both sides until golden brown. Transfer them to a separate plate and set aside.
3. Finely chop the garlic and onion, pour boiling water over the saffron.
4. In the same oil in which the chicken was fried, sauté the garlic and onions.
5. Next, add rice to the pan, mix everything well and fry for a minute.
6. Then return the fried chicken pieces to the pan and place them on the rice.
7. Pour hot chicken broth and saffron with boiling water over the food. Add the tomatoes along with the juice and simmer everything together under the lid for about 10 minutes.
