How to make liver cake from chicken liver with carrots and onions? Rinse the liver under the tap, peel the vegetables and prepare all other ingredients for the cake.

Cut the onion into thin half rings, grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Sauté vegetables in vegetable oil until soft, stirring with a spatula. Finally, add salt and season the roast to taste.

Scroll the prepared chicken through a meat grinder. Break one chicken egg into the resulting mixture.

Step 2. Transfer the liver mass into a deep container for kneading the dough. Add sifted flour, chicken eggs, milk, vegetable oil and salt to taste.

Step 1. Prepare all the products listed. Wash the mushrooms, peel the onions and carrots.

Step 3. Add sour cream to the liver mass.
Step 4. Break two chicken eggs and add semolina, salt and season to taste.
Step 5. Mix everything thoroughly with a whisk and let the dough sit for 20 minutes, during which time the semolina will swell a little.
Step 6. Finely chop the onion and grate the carrots. Fry the vegetables in vegetable oil until tender.
Step 7. Cut the mushrooms into slices and fry them in a frying pan separately from the vegetables.

Step 8. Place fried vegetables between the pancakes as a layer.
