- Chicken egg 2 PC. boiled
- Green onion 1 bunch
- Salt 1 (teaspoons)

- Water – 70-100 ml.
Cooking process:
Step 1. Sift the flour into a deep plate and mix with yeast, salt and granulated sugar.
Step 2. Add warm water (about 40 degrees) to the dry mixture and add 2 tablespoons of oil.
Step 3.Knead the dough for about 7 minutes, cover with a towel and put in a warm, dark place for 60 minutes.
Step 4. While the dough is resting, let's make the filling. Boil 5 eggs in salted water for about 8 minutes after boiling and immediately plunge into ice water. Wash the green onion feathers thoroughly under running water, finely chop them and fry in the remaining vegetable oil for about 3 minutes.
