The most important thing here is the cheeses, or rather their combination. The traditional composition of pizza is four cheeses: soft cheese (Mozzarella), hard cheese (Parmesan), aromatic spicy cheese (Emmental) and blue cheese (Gorgonzola).
How to bake 4 cheese pizza in the oven?
The main conditions for preparing a delicious “Four Cheese” pizza are the correct dough kneading and delicious high-quality cheeses, which should be different in taste and texture. Knead the dough using dry yeast with the addition of honey and olive oil. We choose cheeses of a category that matches the original: soft, blue, hard and aromatic.

How to bake 4 cheese pizza at home? First you need to knead the pizza dough.This is conveniently done using a food processor with a special dough attachment. Pour 250 g of wheat flour sifted through a sieve into the bowl of the device and add dry yeast to it. Mix everything.

Dissolve liquid honey in heated water and pour into a bowl with flour. Then pour two tablespoons of olive oil, salt and knead the dough for a few minutes.

2. Heat the water a little, dissolve the dry yeast in it and give it a few minutes to activate.
3. Pour the amount of wheat flour specified in the recipe into the bowl for kneading the dough through a thick sieve and pour the dissolved yeast into it in portions.
4. Using a spatula, simultaneously mix the dough until smooth and without lumps. Then add salt to the dough. Next, roll the dough into a bun, cover with cling film and place in a warm place for 30 minutes until the dough rises and doubles in volume.

For pizza we use yeast-free puff pastry.

- Puff pastry without yeast - 1 layer.
- Cheese “Adygei” – 150 gr.
- Cheese “Poshekhonsky” – 100 gr.

- Ketchup – 3 tbsp.
- Tomatoes – 1 pc. (taste).
- Italian herbs - to taste.
- Salt - to taste.
Cooking process:
